Relaxed yet professional. We use first-name terms at all levels, our dress code is casual, and we support each other. Open doors, open lines, open mindset.
You will have to answer this question yourself! You decide in which environment you can thrive best.
We will get back to you within a few days after your application and after any further contact. After two short video calls, one with HR and one with the Hiring Manager, we will invite you to an in-depth interview at one of our locations as the last step. The entire process usually takes 3-4 weeks.
Most teams use German as a main language. In customer-facing positions, a high level of German is a precondition. Since there are several non-native speakers working in the software development department, English is the standard language here. Our company-wide internal communication therefore also takes place in English.
Thanks to a structured onboarding process, you will receive an overview of ServiceOcean and everything you need in the first month. Right from the start, you’ll be assigned a buddy who answers all your questions, whether it’s about the job, our culture or the coffee machine.
When it comes to recruiting, our principle is ‘character before skills’. So, the answer is definitely YES. Convince us that we can benefit from your experience – even if, for example, you have not completed a classic developer or sales career.
We are not actively looking for interns, so you won’t find a corresponding job advert. However, if you want your internship to last several months and you’re really interested in working at ServiceOcean, feel free to send us an unsolicited application!
Currently, we are not yet able to offer apprenticeships or dual study programmes. However, in the future, we can definitely imagine doing so, once we have the resources to properly support you.
