Eure Fragen – unsere Antworten

Locker, aber professionell. Wir duzen uns auf allen Ebenen, unser Dresscode ist leger und wir sind füreinander da. Offene Türen, offene Leitungen, offenes Mindset.

Diese Frage musst du selbst beantworten! Du entscheidest jeden Tag, in welchem Umfeld du am besten bist.

Nach deiner Bewerbung und nach jedem weiteren Kontakt melden wir uns jeweils binnen weniger Tage bei dir. Nach zwei kurzen Videocalls, einmal mit HR und einmal mit dem Hiring Manager, laden wir dich in einem letzten Schritt zu einem ausführlichen Gespräch an einen unserer Standorte ein. In der Regel dauert der gesamte Prozess 3-4 Wochen.

In den meisten Teams wird deutsch gesprochen. In Funktionen mit Kundenkontakt setzen wir das auch voraus. In der Entwicklung arbeiten einige Nichtmuttersprachler, hier ist Englisch der Standard. Unsere unternehmensweite interne Kommunikation findet daher auch auf Englisch statt.

Im ersten Monat erhältst du in strukturierten Onboardingmodulen einen Überblick über ServiceOcean und alles, was du hier brauchst. Von Anfang stellen wir dir einen Buddy zur Seite, der für dich da ist, egal, ob es um den Job, unsere Kultur oder die Kaffeemaschine geht.

Wir rekrutieren nach dem Prinzip «Character before skills» . Die Antwort lautet also definitiv: JA. Überzeuge uns, dass wir von Deiner Erfahrung profitieren können – auch wenn Du zum Beispiel nicht die klassische Entwickler- oder Saleskarriere absolviert hast.

Wir suchen nicht aktiv nach Praktikanten, daher findest du keine entsprechende Stellenausschreibung. Wenn dein Praktikum aber mehrere Monate dauern soll und du so richtig Lust auf ServiceOcean hast, bewirb dich gerne initiativ!

Aktuell können wir Ausbildung und duales Studium noch nicht anbieten. In Zukunft können wir uns das aber gut vorstellen, wenn wir auch die Ressourcen haben, dich ordentlich zu betreuen.
